Citicable 10 Mission Statement
To create an informed electorate through the coverage of local government
meetings, issues & events; to provide greater accessibility and
understanding of city government through municipal programs and other video communication; to foster and promote citizen involvement and participation in the democratic process.
About CitiCable 10
OCMS provides government programming on CitiCable 10. CitiCable 10 can be found on Channel 10 on the Oshkosh Time Warner Cable system that reaches an estimated 43,470 potential cable viewers in the Oshkosh community.
CitiCable 10 provides live government meeting coverage and replays of the Oshkosh Common Council, the Oshkosh Board of Education, the Winnebago County Board, the Oshkosh Plan Commission, the Oshkosh Traffic Review Advisory Board and the Oshkosh Parks Board.
CitiCable 10 also provides updates on city services and departments via CitiCable 10 programs such as “Your City at Work,” “The City Manager’s Report,” “Senior Savvy” and “Beyond the Badge.” Candidate forums, election coverage, and various other governmental and public affairs programming from entities such as NASA, U.S. Military Forces, FEMA and the U.S. Department of Education can also be seen on CitiCable 10.
During non-programming times the CitiCable 10 bulletin board provides text information about City of Oshkosh departments, services and events.

The CitiCable 10 weekly program schedule lists all live government meetings and replay times in addition to a wide variety of other municipal and public affairs series and programs. A live video stream of CitiCable 10 and archives of all CitiCable 10 government meetings and various municipal programs can be found on our Video Streaming link.
The weekly CitiCable 10 program schedule is also displayed at the top of each hour in the CitiCable 10 bulletin board pages. The CitiCable 10 bulletin board is generally displayed daily from Midnight to Noon.

CitiCable 10 Internship Application
OCMS offers unpaid internships for both high school and college students interested in the field of television and video production. Interns will have the opportunity to work in a professional digital television environment learning a variety videotaping, editing, lighting, audio and engineering techniques in both studio and remote productions. These internships do not require any previous television or video production experience.
