Welcome to OCMS
Welcome to Oshkosh Community Media Services - a division of the City of Oshkosh. OCMS consists of CitiCable 10 government television programming, CATV 2 community television programming and WOCT 101.9 FM community radio programming. OCMS also coordinates the City's public information efforts during emergency situations and provides other municipal and public affairs programs and services.
How to find us
OCMS is located on the first floor of Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue. Our entrance is located in the northeast corner of the building. Our entrance is visible from the City Hall parking lot facing Church Avenue. For additional questions on how to find us please call our office at (920) 236-5179.
Hours of Operation
OCMS is open M-F from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. OCMS production facilities are available for certified local resident producers during the following times:
Studio & Edit Suite Reservations
Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Thursdays 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Fridays 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Portable Equipment Check-Out
M-F 8-4:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Thursdays 5:30-8:30 p.m.
